Direct partnership with Vietnamese carriers
We have direct B2B partnerships with Viettel (Vietnam Military Telecommunications) and Vinaphone (VNPT) — Vietnam's two largest mobile carriers. That means we are not a reseller. We negotiate bulk eSIM allocations directly with the carriers and pass on the lower price to travelers. When a traveler has a network issue on arrival, we can troubleshoot directly with the carrier's enterprise support team.
