Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of simvietnam.telebox.vn ("the Service"), operated by Telebox ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using a Vietnam eSIM through this Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The service
simvietnam.telebox.vn sells digital eSIM profiles for use on Viettel and Vinaphone networks within Vietnam. The Service is intended for international travelers planning to use mobile data while in Vietnam.
2. Eligibility and device compatibility
You are responsible for confirming your phone supports eSIM BEFORE purchase. We provide a free interactive checker at /check-compatibility, plus a mandatory checkbox at checkout where you affirm you have verified compatibility. By ticking the checkbox you accept that no refund is issued for incompatibility discovered after the QR code is activated on a device. Pre-activation incompatibility is fully refundable per section 5.
3. Order and delivery
Once payment is confirmed (typically within 60 seconds via PayPal), we send your eSIM QR code to the email address you provided at checkout. The eSIM is digital — no physical product is shipped. You are responsible for using a valid email address; we are not liable for non-delivery caused by typos, full inboxes, or aggressive spam filters.
4. Activation and use
The eSIM activates the moment your device connects to a Vietnamese mobile network and consumes plan time and data from that point. You may install the eSIM profile on your phone before traveling without consuming the plan. The eSIM is locked to one device — once activated on a phone, it cannot be transferred.
5. Refund policy
Full refund within 7 days of purchase if the QR code has NOT been activated on a device. Once the QR code is activated on a phone, refunds are: (a) pro-rated based on unused days for service-quality issues, less a US$2 processing fee; (b) NOT issued for device-incompatibility issues, because you affirmed at checkout that you had verified your phone supports eSIM, and an activated eSIM cannot be reused on another device. To request a refund, email admin@telebox.vn from the address used at checkout, including your order number. Eligible refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, including spam, fraud, harassment, or violation of Vietnamese telecommunications law. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke an eSIM with no refund if we detect abuse, in line with Viettel and Vinaphone's acceptable-use policies.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuous network coverage or any specific data speed; these depend on the underlying carrier and your device. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the eSIM in question.
8. Privacy
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy at /privacy. Reviewing both documents is required before purchase.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Contact and governing law
Questions: admin@telebox.vn. These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes shall be resolved by Vietnamese courts of competent jurisdiction.
